一个小的命令集用于建立辅助参考点：
功能：
CPoint at Arc Center (标注弧线圆心)
CPoint at Circle Center(标注圆心)
CPoint at Exploded Arc Center（标注炸开弧线的圆心）
CPoint at Bounds Center（标注组或组件的中心）
CPoint at Bounds Bottom Center（标注组或组件底部的中心）
CPoint at Edge-Face Intersection (v1.2.0)（标注边线与面的交点）
CPoint at Edge-Edge Intersection (v1.2.0)（标注边线与边线的交点）
CPoint at Insertion Point (v1.1.0)（标注组件的插入点）
CPoint at Camera Eye (v1.3.0)（标注相机视点）
Insert Components at CPoints: 可将选中的组件在参考点处进行插入复制。
